2004 Soca Monarch Bunji Garlin
Its been a week and everyone has been anxiously awaiting the list and I mean everyone - from the artists to the fans and even some international stars who will be looking on at the proceedings. Considered one of the must attend events for the annual carnival season, this year's National Lottery Classic International Soca Monarch competion is no exception. Soca lovers will come out in their numbers to support their favourite artist for the title.
