Sean Paul
Sean Paul has decided to tackle the issue of violence on his forthcoming CD after experiencing the loss of his close friend, Daddington in his homeland of Jamaica.

According to the artist, the message for the album will be one of peace, and will act as a tribute not only to Daddington, but also to reggae legend Bob Marley, as well as the many others whose lives have been lost to violence in the region.

He traveled back to his old neighborhood to shoot his latest video for the song "Never Gonna Be The Same.”

Paul said "It's a song I wrote about a friend who passed away. I did a video for it already in Jamaica, in the streets and the neighbourhoods that we used to walk together. And so it's a real special video."

The highly-anticipated 4th album is expected to be released sometime next year.

In the meantime, he's still on the road with Mariah Carey, who he will be touring with until September 11th after which he plans to head home to Jamaica to relax for a while.
