Rihanna has become the first entertainer ever to receive the Barbados Music Awards ring.
The ring was presented to superstar by the official jeweller, Mr. Christian Lewis. at a private ceremony, which took place before the actual awards themselves. The presentation included government officials, the media and the family of Entertainer of the Year winner Rihanna.
The ring, which features several yellow and white diamonds set on white and yellow gold, has a retail value of over $10,000, and is a one-of a kind piece. According to word from Rihanna's representatives, the platinum-selling star simply adores the ring.
