VP Records Soca Gold 2007 is finally here, with hits like "Spread The Love" by Mr Slaughter, "I Dare You" by Destra, "Last Band" by Rikki Jai, "Woman By My Side" by Peter Ram, and "Expose" by El A Kru, this year's compilation is a must-have for the avid soca fan.

 

The set also features songs from Bunji Garlin, Rita Jones, Fay Ann Lyons, Edwin Yearwood, Mr Dale, Krosfyah, Kimberly Inniss, Lil Rick, KV Charles and Sean Caruth.

 

A bonus DVD includes music videos for some of the songs included on the compilation, as well as performance footage from Carnival 2007 with live performances.

 

Meantime, the latest edition of the Reggae Gold compilation is also in stores with tracks such as "Bad From Mi Born by Munga;" "Last Night" by Mavado; "Bring It" by Elephant Man; "Brooklyn And Jamaica" by Morgan Heritage; "My Fadah Seh" by Gyptian; "Hideaway" by Tessanne Chin; "Love and Affection" by Pressure; "Sacrifice" by Alaine; "More Woman" by Shaggy; and "I Need Her in My Arms" by I Wayne.

The remix of Mims' "This Is Why I'm Hot" which features current hook singer Junior Reid and Baby Cham and Sean Paul's "Watch Them Roll," as well as Jah Cure's "Sticky," Mavado's "Top Shotta Nah Miss" and Buju Banton's "Bobby Reds," round off the compilation.

 

Reggae Gold 2007 also includes a bonus DVD which features interviews/reports conducted by former television host Empress.
