  Name one person, other than your parents, who has had the most influence on you:
  My late grandmother, Samdaye, who I called Mama. She passed away a little more than three years ago, but to this day I think of her and remember all the talks we had about life. She taught me to work hard in order to achieve my goals and to never give up, regardless of the challenges. She also inspired me by the way she lived her life, a kind, loving, humble and giving person, and although in her later years she was ill, she still smiled and tried to make every one around her comfortable and happy.
   
    What is your career ambition and what are you doing or plan to do to accomplish that goal?
  I would like to become a Web Designer, I enjoy being creative and have a great love of art and that is all part of web designing. I am currently pursuing a B Sc. in Computing and Information Systems and have already the diploma and advanced diploma in Information Systems. I would eventually like to do a Masters in Web Design.
   
    List any special talent you may have: I would say that my special talent is motivating others and giving advice.
  I enjoy helping others in any way that I possibly can, I believe I am a good listener and I get a great joy from knowing that I helped to make a person’s life a little bit better.

What is your pageant platform?
Child Abuse- I am very passionate about this particular issue, because I love children and I think they bring a lot of joy and laughter to the world. No child regardless of his social status, race or colour should have to go though the sad torture of abuse. They should be given the same joy in their loves that they bring to the rest of the world. I believe that children did not ask to be born in to this life; their parents and God decided that. Children should be treated like precious gifts and should be showered with love and positive guidance, not physical, verbal or emotional abuse or neglect.
   
 



Who is your favourite local personality/celebrity and why?
Michael Salickram- He is a very talented dancer, he is creative and his performances are always spectacular. I also admire the way he is able to incorporate influences from other ethnic and cultural groups. His performances are always complete, the setting, the costumes, the dance moves and his supporting dance troupe are always sheer perfection.
