The Pageant team of Peter Elias, Allyson Brown and Adrian Raymond, under the umbrella of Peter Elias and Associates have added their own twist to the local pageant scene by selecting seven beauties to compete for seven Miss Trinidad and Tobago titles, for which he currently holds the franchise. Unlike in previous years the women have chosen Trini names, which they believe fully suit their personality, from Cote Ci Cote La, the official Trini dictionary, they will not be representing areas in Trinidad and Tobago.

Each of the seven women will represent the country at one of the following pageants: Miss Universe , Miss World , Miss Earth, Miss Caraibe Hibiscus, Miss Maja Mundial, Miss Caravel, Queen of the CaribbeanOn August 22nd the title winners will be decided at the pageant which is being held Queen's Hall, St Ann's.
