About the Photographer…

Richard Cook has been an active photographer for the past 15 yrs. after gaining a diploma in art and photography in Canada and went on to start his career in New York City.

A native of Trinidad and Tobago, he decided to make this beautiful island paradise his home base. Taking advantage of the beautiful locations for amazing backdrops as you can see in his photos.

He has managed to establish himself as a true professional and having many accomplishments like being the official photographer (Trinidad division) for the 1999 Miss Universe pageant in Trinidad and Tobago, to photographing people like movie star Halle Berry to the great Nelson Mandela.

About his Experience….

Having shot over 500 weddings and well over 200 location portraits apart from all other assignments done. Richard has taken all he has gained and created RYSE PHOTOGRAPHY.
